He worked with my wife and I for more than a year until we found just the right house for us. He was patient, knowledgeable and communicative which was very important for us since we are relatively new to the area. He was always prompt in responding and willing to go out of his way for us. He stood by us every step of the way, from recommending an excellent mortgage lender to contractors and local services after closing, to the extent of giving us copies of everything for future reference. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

He was great then and we actually became good friends with him and his wife so naturally, when we were selling the house in 2021 we went back to him. We value both his friendship and his professionalism as a Realtor.

Especially if you are selling your home. He was very prompt in being there for us whenever we asked and allowed us and our friends to be at the home while the home inspection was being done. He explained all the paperwork to us that we were having to sign and was very clear that he was first and foremost the sellers agent. We chose to give him the full commission.

From the first meeting with Randy, where he brought demographic information about the area to the close of the sale, he was there to guide me every step of way.
